The Society relies completely for the financing of its activities on the generosity of its sponsors.
The Chopin Society of Hong Kong Ltd wishes to express its warmest thanks and gratitude to the sponsorship in memory of Muriel, The Lady Kadoorie without which this Festival would not have been possible.
The Society also wishes to thank CLP Holdings for their generosity and support over the years.
Tom Lee Music and Tom Lee Foundation have been supporting most generously the activities of the Society, and of this Festival in particular, through the provision of technical support for the performances at the City Hall, and for pianos and facilities for rehearsals of the artists and also venues and facilities for the piano and guitar master classes. We wish Tom Lee Music a happy 60th anniversary!

MUSIC FROM THE OUTSIDE IN (OR ADVENTURES IN MUSICAL PERCEPTION)
A LUNCHTIME SERIES OF FIVE PRESENTATIONS BY THE ACCLAIMED MUSICIAN, AUTHOR AND TEACHER: JEREMY SIEPMANN.

Two complementary 5-part series in a back-to-back presentation, juxtaposing stimulating (and often humorous) explorations of The Art of the Listener and The Art of the Interpreter both of which entail the continuous (though by no means always conscious) exercise of musical discernment at its most elevated, with or without any technical knowledge.

音樂由外至內或音樂感知之旅：一連五堂的午餐講座，由著名音樂人、作家、教師斯普曼主講

「聆聽者的藝術」與「演繹者的藝術」是兩輯性質互補的講座，以輕鬆幽默手法，啟發參加者認識這兩種藝術的要素，從而學會持續地(但不必刻意地)運用最高層次的音樂洞察力，參加者無須擁有音樂技術知識。每輯五堂，兩輯接續舉行。

*	PIANO MASTER CLASSES BY THE THREE FIRST PRIZE WINNERS OF THE HONG KONG INTERNATIONAL PIANO COMPETITION (2005: Ilya Rashkovskiy), (2008: Jinsang Lee) and (2011: Giuseppe Andaloro). The Society is in this way creating the opportunity for the first prize winners of the three Hong Kong International Piano Competitions so far, to work with the talented pool of pianists from Hong Kong.
	鋼琴大師班，由三位香港國際鋼琴大賽得獎者主持，包括：2005年的蘭殊高夫斯基、2008年的李振尚及2011年的安達羅洛，本港的鋼琴好手可借此機會與這三位得獎者交流分享。
