The Hong Kong International Piano Competition

Two members of the Jury, pianists Cristina Ortiz and Pascal Roge together with guitarist Alvaro Pierri and guest appearance of the principal cellist of The HK Philharmonic Orchestra, Richard Bamping, will showcase pieces from the rarely played repertoire of duos for piano and guitar and one piece of duo for cello and guitar.

On this day, there will be a prize-giving ceremony to crown the winners of the Third Hong Kong International Piano Competition 2011, followed by piano solo performances by each of the First-prize winners of the Hong Kong International Piano Competitions which have taken place so far: 2005: Ilya Rashkovskiy,
2008: Jinsang Lee and 2011: We will know his/her name on the 30th of October!
