23 participants to perform between 16th and 20th October 2011 according to the following schedule:

Sunday 16th
Morning: 10:00, 10:45
Afternoon-Evening: 17:00, 17:45, 18:45, 19:30

Monday 17th, Tuesday 18th and Wednesday 19th October
Mornings: 10:00, 10:45
Afternoons-Evenings: 17:00, 17:45, 18:45

Thursday 20th October
Morning: 10:00, 10:45

From 11:30 onwards - Jury deliberation and announcement of up to 11 quarter-finalists. The announcement will be posted in the notice board of the competition at the City Hall and in this website: www.chopinsocietyhk.org

15 participants to perform between 22nd and 24th October 2011 according to the following schedule:

Saturday 22nd and Sunday 23rd October
Mornings: 10:00, 11:15, 12:50
Afternoons-Evenings: 17:30, 18:45, 20:20

Monday 24th October
Morning: 10:00, 11:15, 12:50

Afternoon: 14:00 onwards - Jury deliberation and announcement of 6 semi-finalists/finalists. The announcement will be posted in the notice board of the competition at the City Hall and in this website: www.chopinsocietyhk.org

6 participants to perform on Wednesday 26th and Thursday 27th October 2011 according to the following schedule:

Wednesday 26th and Thursday 27th October
Evenings: 19:00, 20:00, 21:00

Note: The 6 participants will go on to the Fourth Round. The Jury will give them a score (not to be announced at this stage) which will be taken into account to decide on the results of the Fourth Round.

6 participants to perform between Friday 28th and Sunday 30th October 2011 according to the following schedule:

Friday 28th, Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th October
Evenings: 19:00, 20:45

Sunday 30th October:

22:00 onwards - Jury deliberation and announcement of First, Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth and Sixth Prize winners. The announcement will be posted in the notice board of the competition at the City Hall and in this website: www.chopinsocietyhk.org
